Fresh Halibut (All Local Halibut) with a White wine and Anchovies’ Sauce
(Alternative sauce – Lemon, Capers and White wine Sauce)
All fish is brined and dry aged. – Cooked on site on griddle and served individually to each guest
Pasta Primavera with Strozzapretti Pasta – All Organic SB County grown assorted colored halved cherry tomatoes, carrots ribbon cut, Mandolin cut green zucchini, yellow squash, red bell peppers and topped with fresh basil and parmesan.
Fresh Mixed Salad from the Santa Barbara Farmers Market – Watermelon Radishes, Red Radishes, Cucumbers, Grilled Artichokes, Stringed Carrots.
Served with a Pinot Grigio Mustard Vinaigrette topped with fresh dill
Baguettes from local bread maker – sliced in rounds for table in baskets
Olive Oil and Cabernet Balsamic Vinegar on the tables for dipping
Olive Tapenade also on table to enjoy with fresh bread
Consisting of Green and black olives, garlic, parsley, lemon juice and zested lemon, capers and a touch of anchovies in the blend.
